At Pawllio, we are dedicated to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience for pet owners throughout the United States. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery.

Order Processing

After an order is placed and payment has been successfully confirmed, our team begins preparing it for shipment. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that processing does not take place on weekends or federal holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details, when available.

Estimated Delivery Times

We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure your products arrive safely. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 10–20 business days

Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier operations, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout based on the destination and items in your order. From time to time, Pawllio may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or qualifying purchases.

Tracking Your Order

When your package has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the carrier's system after the shipment has been processed.

Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Pawllio cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

If you realize there is an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make changes before the order enters the fulfillment process.

Delivery Delays and Missing Packages

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur. If your package appears to be delayed beyond the expected delivery window or cannot be located, please contact our support team. We will assist in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. To help us review the issue quickly, include clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging. We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping Sources

Some items may be fulfilled from international warehouses or supplier locations. Although we strive to meet estimated delivery times, customs procedures and international logistics may occasionally result in longer transit periods.
